REWIRE is committed to developing research projects and residencies at the intersection of art, the humanities, and the natural sciences. Its aim is to foster connections among local stakeholders and to nurture, through shared experience, a collective reflection on our relationship with the world.
residency
Rewire offers two residencies in Argentina: one in the Sierras of Córdoba, the other in Palermo, Buenos Aires. They are open to artists as well as individuals working in the humanities and natural sciences. These residencies invite participants to explore new possibilities, to exchange perspectives, and to foster cross-disciplinary collaboration in order to collectively question and imagine new ways of inhabiting the Earth.
The call for applications for the Sierras 2026 Autumn Residency, in Córdoba, Argentina, in collaboration with Manglar – artes visuales, is open from March 1 to 30.
The residency will take place from May 1 to 30, 2026.

The Research division of REWIRE seeks to delve into the depths of human nature — our relationships, our inner selfs, and the ways in which these shape our presence in the world. It invites reflection on the inner resources required for a profound transformation, one that allows us to reconnect with the outer world without losing touch with the natural environment that sustains us. These inquiries and projects may unfold anywhere, across the globe.
